During this incredibly difficult season, emotions are undoubtedly running high for most of us, which can affect our health and our relationships. Worry about the pandemic, sadness over being apart from family, anger about a job loss, and disappointment in relationships are all common experiences right now, which means there is no better time to pause and reflect on how to identify our emotions and learn ways to strengthen our ability to manage them.
