BDI GROUP CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE IN-PERSON AND ONLINE

Whether you are just starting an exercise program or are a seasoned athlete, Body Dynamics has a group class to help you meet your fitness goals and a new healthy lifestyle. We provide a safe environment for beginning exercisers and clients transitioning out of physical therapy, AND we provide a variety of intermediate and advanced classes that challenge coordination, strength, endurance, speed, balance, and agility.


Everything’s better when we’re together either in person or virtually! Our Small Group Training program offers something for everyone to enjoy. We have a wide variety of classes taught by experts in a safe and welcoming environment. New to us? Your first class is free! Busy schedule? No worries – drop in anytime for a $20 flat fee per class.  Want to make Body Dynamics part of your regular routine? We’ve got several options to take classes tailored to your needs:

  • 10 Class Pass – Not sure what your favorite class is yet? Try everything with our new 10-Class pass! Take any class – both virtual and/or in-person. Must be used within 6 months of purchasing
  • Monthly Unlimited  – You’re on your way to becoming a Body Dynamics regular! Enjoy unlimited access to all classes. Mix and match your favorites for the ultimate wellness experience. Renews automatically on a monthly basis.

Join your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of movement, alignment, breath, relaxation, exploration, and awareness.

PILATES | FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

Center yourself with a focus on core strength, postural control, placement, dynamic stability, and movement quality.

TRX | KETTLEBELL

Practice strength and stability of the body when in motion to achieve aerobic and muscular endurance. We recommend taking the Total Body Conditioning class during this virtual class period.

BALANCE

Improve balance with movement instruction to build reflexes and safety in activities of daily living.

CARDIO | CARDIO DANCE | BUILDING BETTER BONES DANCE

Get your heart rate up, build your bone density, agility, balance, and coordination through interval training or dance.

TOTAL GYM

Move through all three planes to optimize movement efficiency. Mobilize what’s stiff and strengthen what’s weak.

MYOFASCIAL STRETCH

Connect deeply with your body, using foam rollers, massage balls, and stretch, to mobilize and elongate connective tissue-restricted by poor posture and repetitive strain.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT | CHAIR

Link Pilates and daily functional movement patterns, freedom of movement, curiosity, and play.  In Chair class, gently stretch, engage the core and build strength and cardiovascular fitness.

STRENGTH TRAINING | FULL BODY

Build strength and power through weight lifting barbells, dumbbells, med balls, and kettlebells with good form and technique for improved daily and recreational performance.

BDI BOOTCAMP

Get ready to sweat at BDI Bootcamp! This higher-intensity class was developed to improve your strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance.

We will teach you to use TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, BOSU balls, and more while getting a full-body workout. This class is open to ages 13 & up, and family-friendly so feel free to bring the kids along for some energy release!

Taught in-person with capacity for 8-10 participants.
