BDI Morning Movers – Walk & talk with us!
Join us every Friday morning at 9:30 AM for a morning walk around our neighborhood!* A BDI clinician will lead the group through a brief warm-up at our clinic location before you’re off to the (proverbial) races.
This is a great way to stay active, meet new friends, and start a new gentle fitness routine. We are so excited to bring this new offering to our community, and we can’t wait to get moving!
