This class will provide you with valuable insights into why people fall and how to avoid falling. Additionally, the class will delve into the topic of balance and how working on it will help prevent falls, regardless of your age. You don’t need any prior experience as we will guide you through exercises that promote balance. Please wear comfortable shoes as we may have you get up and try an exercise or two.
