Body Dynamics Inc., is an upscale integrated wellness center offering physical therapy, fitness, clinical massage and counseling located in Falls Church, VA and seeking an Intake Frontdesk Coordinator for full-time or part-time position with our energetic administrative team. As one of the most important client facing jobs within our clinic, the Intake Frontdesk Coordinator performs a variety of critical duties requiring strong communication, organization, time management, flexibility, and administrative skills, as well as an attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for graduating college students or part-time working parents interested in being part of a professional health and wellness office environment. This position begins in early June 2022.

Additional job Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years of professional coordination experience working as a team player in a dynamic office environment
• Ability and willingness to learn proprietary software systems for client scheduling and accounts management
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Experience interacting with a variety of personalities in a friendly and professional manner
• Must be able to work mornings, late afternoons/evenings, and Saturdays consistently on site
• Familiarity with Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) a plus
